"nurtured" an exhibition of plant inspired jewellery

I will be showing alongside some of the most innovative makers of jewellery and small objects in the North West.Mersey jewellers, mjman, will be showing "nurtured", a fantastic new exhibition of jewellery, during June, at cetra gallery in Heswall, Merseyside. All pieces are designed and made by hand individually- an extra special collection.
"nurtured"has a double edged theme, initially shown through jewellery- the interpretations evoked by the theme of floral forms.
"nurtured", also reflects the growing relationships formed within the
group and with the gallery in a collaborative way, nurturing and encouraging each other with careful respect.

The main emphasis for this small collection originates from the linear structures in plants and flowers, these continue to amaze me - the fact that petals, leaves and stems can be so thin and yet so strong.
The exhibition runs from Friday 8th June, 9.30-5 Monday to Saturday for at least 3 weeks, with a private view evening 5.30pm to 8.30pm on Thurs 7th June, for further information of pv and opening please contact Verity at cetra, on 0151 342 7777, or email sales@cetra.co.uk
